Zhonghe Case | Shanxi Lime Project

A Shanxi firm runs two 800-tpd active lime lines. Faced with stricter emission limits and climbing energy costs, it needed a combustion solution to cut NOₓ and energy use without sacrificing output and lime quality, as its old burners suffered poor thermal performance and could not balance production and environmental compliance.

Our technical team quickly surveyed on-site processes and parameters. Leveraging rich lime kiln combustion experience, we customized the QMSZ-800 low-nitrogen burner for the client.Commissioned successfully in Dec 2025 after kiln ignition, the unit ran steadily with controllable parameters and matched the production line perfectly, hitting full capacity and emission standards rapidly.

Field operation proves our burner brings comprehensive advantages: stable flame, consistent lime quality, lower operating costs and greatly reduced NOₓ emissions. From on-site diagnosis to delivery and profitable operation, we helped the client gain both economic and environmental benefits.Zhonghe Electromechanical will keep innovating kiln combustion technology to provide green, efficient solutions for industrial customers’ low-carbon, high-quality development.
