Project Overview: A 2Mt/a pellet production line in Hebei completed burner upgrading, with the original SR2-MQ/200YQ model replaced by the new SR7-MQ/200YQ burner. After the technical renovation, the production line operates stably with qualified product quality, achieving remarkable breakthroughs in both output improvement and energy consumption reduction.

This burner upgrade for a pellet line ensures stable pellet quality, lifting daily output, slashing pulverized coal consumption and adjusting converter gas proportion to realize sufficient, steady combustion.

Structural Upgrade: Redesigned channels for optimized combustion

This burner upgrade optimizes the head layout and rearranges air ducts to adapt to pellet kiln combustion conditions:Original SR2 burner (from outside inward): axial air channel → cyclone channel → converter gas channel → pulverized coal channel → central air channelNew SR7 burner (optimized layout): axial air channel → converter gas channel → pulverized coal channel → cyclone channel → central air channel

The new duct layout realizes full mixing of converter gas, pulverized coal and combustion air, greatly improving combustion efficiency and stability, laying a solid foundation for high-efficiency, stable and low-consumption operation of the rotary kiln.
