2. Nozzle Gap Deformation
   Causes: Uneven heating, no cooling; worn supports; long service.
   Solution: Stop kiln but keep air; replace deformed parts.

3. Burner Bending
   Causes: Material buildup; castable falling off causing thermal bending.
   Solution: Clean buildup; reduce insertion length.
   Notes: Patch castable promptly; ensure curing time.

4. Short Castable Life
   Causes: Poor quality; wrong anchor spacing; too thin.
   Solution: Use special castable; proper anchors; thicker layer; alternate two burners.
   Notes: Use qualified castable; follow casting requirements.

5. Irregular Flame
   Causes: Outlet gap deformation; air duct blockage; wrong air ratio; burner center offset.
   Solution: Blow pipes clean; check blockage; adjust air ratio and insertion distance; adjust center, generally offset toward material.
   Notes: Avoid slag entering air duct during casting.
