01 Appearance Check
Inspect during each kiln shutdown. Check flame-collecting hood, axial/swirl nozzles, center air components.
Severe wear: Replace head or parts.
Deformation: Don't weld on-site—contact after-sales.
Castable falling off: Stop use immediately, contact after-sales, repair with special castable.
02 Operation Warning Signs
Abnormal flame: If flame deviates or hits coating and adjustment fails—check head.
Quality drop, consumption rise: Poor air-coal mixing. Long-term loss exceeds replacement cost.
Coating/refractory damage: Check head immediately.
03 Replacement Strategy
Daily maintenance: Keep primary air cooling until kiln temp <200°C. Clean with compressed air and soft brush. Check head each shutdown.
Regular replacement: Replace head after about 3 years, even without obvious defects.
No self-repair: Welding affects precision. Ensure axial concentricity and radial flatness.
