        Project Background:Respond to the needs and work together

        A company in Hubei province has a production line of oxidized pellets with a daily output of 500Wt/a. Facing the increasing pressure of environmental protection requirements and costcontrol, the company is eager to reduce energy consumption and NOx emissions.

        The technical personnel of Zhonghe Electromechanical Technology Research Institute have a deep understanding of the system process and have conducted detailed research on the configuration of various parameters.Based on rich experience and cutting-edge technology,they have tailored a low-nitrogen burner with the model SR2-MQ/500YS for the company.

        The burner was officially put into use in May 2025.From ignition and drying to production,its excellent performance can meet customer needs,help the production line quickly achieve production standards,and win high recognition and full affirmation from customers.

        Outstanding results:the data speaks for itself, and there are many highlights

        After the test of actual production operation, this low nitrogen burner shows many significant advantages:

       1.Ideal flame shape: the burner flame shape is complete and smooth to ensure that the fuel is fully burned. It is worth mentioning that there is no high temperature peak in the combustion process,which effectively protects the kiln body and keeps its temperature stable at about 270 degrees.

       2.High quality products: the compressive strength of the produced pellets reaches about 2700N/ball, which provides a solid guarantee for the high quality output of enterprise products.

      3.Remarkable energy saving effect: under the condition of ensuring the same output and quality,it can save 0.3t coal per hour, which effectively reduces the production cost for enterprises.

     4.Environmental benefits are remarkable: the burner's NOx control is impressive, with inlet NOx levels dropping from 280-310mg/m³ to 200-260mg/m³, and outlet NOx levels stabilizing at around 30mg/m³.Under the same conditions,ammonia water usage is reduced by 0.95t per day,significantly easing the environmental treatment burden.

     5.Stable and reliable operation: all parameters are controlled accurately and stably, and the roasting thermal regime is always stable,which lays a solid foundation for the continuous and efficient operation of the production line.
